Where it's stored

Your submission details and photos are stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database and storage provider. Photos are kept in private storage and are only accessible to secondhandram staff.

Analytics and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our ads. These tools may involve Meta and Google setting cookies in your browser. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings, Meta's own ad preference tools, or Google's Ads Settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your submitted information at any time by contacting us using the details below. Submitting a trade-in request is always free, with no obligation to accept any offer we make.
